This site started life in 2006 as the Unofficial Knowledgebase Site for the Vodafone UK Consumer Technical Support Team.

In September 2010 Vodafone decided to outsource the Consumer Tech Support Functions to its Call Centre in Eygpt, and made the UK team redundant.

Customers should call 191 from their handset and ask to be put through to Tech Support.

PAYG customers will need to have at least 25p credit on their account to make this call. This will usually result in the call being transfered to Eygpt.
